Colleen Clark 

Colleen resides in Alpena with her husband Milton. She enjoys the great outdoors, bow hunting, home staging and their four children! 
Colleen offers over 25 years of sales experience with 14 of those as a Realtor! Colleen provides great customer care and extensive knowledge of the real estate profession. She is a multi-million dollar producer, and has served as a director for the Alpena, Alcona, Presque Isle Board of Realtors. Colleen also serves on the QDMA (Quality Deer Management Association) and can answer all your hunting land questions! Kathy Keen 

Kathy and her husband Bob reside in the Alpena area on the Thunder Bay River Kathy and her husband love living on the river with their two cats and enjoy the visits from their two sons who both live downstate at this time.
Kathy has been a full time licensed Realtor for the past 19 years! Kathy has been involved in numerous committees within the Alpena Alcona Presque Isle Board of Realtors. She is also proud to be a Kiwanian for the past 7 years and recently served as Lieutenant Governor for the past two years of Division 20. Kathy is also on the board for Alpena Youth Club and also Blue Horizons. She is an active volunteer on the Brown Trout Festival committee as well as Friday Night Downtown committee and the River fest committee. She holds the CRS, ABR, GRI designations and has been honored with awards thru our local board to include Realtor of the Year, Humanitarian (twice) and the education award. Nikki

Formerly a licensed agent, Nikki has joined Real Estate One as a customer care assistant. Her bubbly personality and attention to details is certainly a plus to our office. . Real Estate has been a part of her life in some way for the past 8 years. Working as a MLS Coordinator and Administrative Assistant prior to joining the Real Estate One team. Nikki was born and raised in the Alpena area, spending much of her childhood years in Ossineke She and her husband James love living and being a part of the Alpena Community. They enjoy spending quality time with family and friends especially out on one of the areas beautiful Lakes. Nikki and James have no children of their own yet, but have 4 nieces and 1 nephew they adore, and are "Aunt and Uncle" to many of their friends children.

Colleen Berryman - Office Manager

Colleen is currently the office manager of Real Estate One of Alpena! She came to us with over 9 years of Real Estate experience and 6 years of owning their own convenience store on the Ocqueoc River. Originally from Howell, Michigan, Colleen and her husband Jeff moved to northern Michigan in 1992. They are raising their 3 children, Sean, Grace and Hannah and currently live deep in the woods in the Hubbard Lake area and are heavily involved in school and local sports and enjoying the wildlife that surrounds them every day. They also enjoy their indoor “wildlife” which consists of a German Shepard, great dane, a cat and two cockatiels.
