Books & Hobbies retail business later that same year. Ken and his wife are
members of Grace Community Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Oscoda, where Ken serves as Clerk of the Church Session and Chairperson of the Board of Property Management. Prior to becoming full time residents of Oscoda, Ken used his real estate license in conjunction with a custom home building business owned and operated by him and his son Mark and their spouses for 20 years near Clarkston Mi.

Roxanne Coustea received her Real Estate license long before lead-based paint disclosures came into law (which proves her real estate tenure). She studied through Real Estate One in Southfield MI and got her broker's license shortly there after while working in the building trades. Some of Roxanne's past contracts include: lakefronts, houses, condos, resorts (with stores), large vacant land parcels, as well as working with builders selling their beautiful homes. She especially enjoys taking pictures of properties as if "every listing has its own story" or "if the walls could talk!" Greetings & Salutations! My name is Cari Travis. I am the Office Administrator for Real Estate One Northeast, Oscoda office, and the first of many friendly faces you will see as you walk through our front door. I am married to the most wonderful husband, and together we have 3 amazing, crazy children. To add to our perfect life of chaos and love we also have 3 dogs, 2 cats and a hamster! To say that I multi-task is an understatement. I have lived in Oscoda for 18 years, and I could not imagine a better area to raise our children in. We spend our summers on a beach of our choice playing and making sandcastles. In the winters we enjoy sledding, having snowball fights and perfecting our snow angels. To me, there is no greater joy than spending time with my family. The same joy I feel also comes from where I work. It is not just a "job" to me. When you truly love what you do and who you are surrounded by it is a blessing. I relocated to Iosco County from the Tri-Cities in 2013 because of the wonderful and diversified amenities this area has to offer. We have Great Lakes, all -sports lakes, rivers, trails and more. I have been in education for 16 years and currently teach Special Education in Fairview where I live with my family. My husband and I have 4 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and many chickens that keep us on the go. Sports is one of our family passions and during the fall you can find us on the basketball court where we coach the middle school girls' basketball team. In our free time we enjoy hiking, camping, trips to Cedar Point, and visiting the ocean.
