The offices of Real Estate One-Power Associates date back to the late 1940's when the company was known as Wilfred J. Power, Real Estate. It kept that same name until 1969 when it became The Power Agency, Real Estate. In 1978 Michael A. Power decided to become a part of a franchise network and at that time Real Estate One-Power Associates came into being.

It is now owned by Michael A. Power and Judy L. Zeidler. They own two offices, one in Caseville and one in Harbor Beach.

The shoreline in Harbor Beach is outstanding for watching freighters sail Lake Huron. This growing community is home to the world's largest man made harbor. Caseville is known for its Cheeseburger festival, one of the largest festivals in the state.
